• Serve as the voice of our premium used car platform, assisting customers via phone and email.
• Utilize your negotiation skills to convince customers and achieve sales success.
• Work exclusively with pre-qualified customers - no cold calling!
• Guide customers through the entire purchase process, providing expert support.
• Increase your earnings through cross-selling and upselling additional services.
• Bring high motivation and enthusiasm for achieving sales goals.
• Experience in customer service or telesales is a plus, but not required.
• Possess strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team and direct customer contact.
