Overview

We are looking for you for our open position as a Working Student - HR / Personnel Administration (d/m/w)! Start in the People Administration Team and be responsible for managing personnel data, ensuring compliance with labor law, and enforcing personnel policies in the respective market. As part of the People Administration Team, you will be the first point of contact for our employees within the AUTO1 Group. In this department, we shape the way work is done in our company and help the team grow. AUTO1 Group is Europe's leading digital automotive platform. We are revolutionizing the used car market with our brands Autohero, wirkaufendeinauto.de, and AUTO1.com. Here, you will develop with us the best way to buy and sell cars.

In Short

• Learn about the entire employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as the creation of all contracts.
• Gain deep insights into personnel and labor law issues with support from our legal department and People Administration teams.
• Act as an interface between employees, departments, and other stakeholders.
• Develop innovative ideas to optimize internal process structures.
• Gain a holistic insight into the People Administration area through your diverse tasks.
• A high degree of responsibility, reliability, and discretion.
• A careful, independent, structured, and very precise way of working is a matter of course for you.
• Excellent German skills (minimum level C1) and very good English skills in spoken and written form, as well as a secure handling of MS Office applications.
• First practical experience in personnel administration and in German labor and social law is an advantage.
• Studies in economics, psychology, or a related field, as well as an interest in learning about the practice of human resources.
