Support us as a Venture Development Intern by questioning the status quo and convincing with your analytical skills and practical mindset.

In Short

• Design and build the infrastructure for one of our in-house production sites in Germany for our retail brand Autohero to generate additional production capacity.
• Analyze all processes and workflows in the constantly evolving daily business, develop appropriate measures to improve the status quo, and enable smooth operations.
• Your daily tasks include location analysis and evaluation of new premises for our expansion.
• You will be responsible for your own projects and complete them by following a practical and KPI-driven approach.
• Current studies in business administration, economics, real estate, or another relevant field.
• First experiences in a high-growth startup, investment banking, or consulting are advantageous.
• Affinity for entrepreneurship, digital business models, and/or the automotive industry.
• Excellent analytical skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Fluent German and good English skills.
• €750 starting bonus for all new starters who sign their contract by the end of the month.
