• Responsible for approving repair orders for our vehicles
• Identify and assess damages to used cars
• Handle administrative tasks such as processing customer complaints
• Create cost calculations and ensure quality assurance of the evaluated data
• Support our partner workshops and refurbishment centers
• Contribute to the optimization of our vehicle preparation processes
• Background in automotive and commercial training with practical experience
• Experience with cost calculation and damage assessment tools
• Structured, responsible, and team-oriented work style
• Very good German skills, basic English knowledge, and familiarity with common software applications
