Overview

Autism Speaks is seeking a Manager, Nationwide Peer-to-Peer Programs to lead the execution of their TeamUp runDisney portfolio and support select TeamUp events. This role is accountable for achieving fundraising revenue goals, delivering high-quality participant experience, and ensuring consistent, well-coordinated event execution, including program components.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary on-site event lead for runDisney endurance events.
  • Manage end-to-end planning and execution of runDisney events (typically four annually).
  • Oversee event-related communications and participant journeys.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service by coaching a large portfolio of fundraising participants.
  • Monitor performance against established revenue and participation goals.
  • Support the Senior Manager in day-to-day operations and execution of strategic fundraising plans.
  • Serve as a power user of fundraising platforms.
  • Lead social media and digital engagement efforts related to all TeamUp events.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and donor support teams.
  • Manage a shared inbox and deliver high-quality customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5 years of experience in fundraising and working with volunteers.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience with fundraising platforms; GoFundMe Pro/Classy preferred.
  • Knowledge of CRM and fundraising databases; Stratus Live preferred.
  • Demonstrated passion for mission-driven work.
