Overview

This role involves providing exceptional customer support and technical assistance for AuthenticID’s products, focusing on fraud prevention through advanced machine-learning algorithms.

In Short

  • Full-time Tier 2 Support Engineer position.

  • Experience with JIRA for case management is preferred.
  • Knowledge in programming languages, particularly Python and SQL.
  • Engage in continuous improvement of customer service processes.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Customer Support.
  • Participate in a dynamic and rapidly changing work environment.

Requirements

  • BA or BS in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience in a SaaS or IT environment.
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with MLOps standards and processes.
  • Experience in creating reports and analyzing data.
  • Passion for making a difference and working in a team.
  • Background check is required.
