Pricing Manager - Remote

Overview

The Pricing Manager will support the Senior Director - Finance in building and executing a global pricing strategy that aligns to market dynamics, customer value, and profitability goals.

This role will synthesize customer, competitive, and market intelligence into actionable insights that inform pricing strategy - from segmentation and value differentiation to transaction-level price setting. The analyst will own and continuously improve the price model, ensuring data accuracy, strategic alignment, and operational readiness.

The Pricing Manager will serve as a key link between commercial strategy and financial performance, ensuring pricing recommendations balance market competitiveness, value creation, and cost/margin realization.

• Gather and analyze customer, competitive, and market data to identify pricing opportunities and risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in pricing analysis or revenue management.
• Strong quantitative skills and analytical rigor.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, and pricing systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of cost structures and margin analysis.
• Experience in industrial or capital-intensive B2B industries.
• Familiarity with pricing optimization software.
• Exposure to mining or explosives sectors is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions.
