Requirements

• 5-10 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong focus on programming languages such as Java (Spring Boot), C# .NET, Rust, Python, or Go.
• Experience in cloud infrastructures and deployment processes.
• Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in frontend technologies (Angular, React, or Vue).
• Good communication skills and not shy to interact.
• Willingness to take on team leadership responsibilities.
• Possess a growth mindset and desire for continuous improvement.
• Belief that your potential is not yet fully realized.

Benefits

• Base salary: 80,000 € - 95,000 €.
• Target salary: 110,000 € - 180,000 € (including revenue sharing, quarterly payouts, realistically around 130,000 € from the second quarter).
