Requirements

• 5-10 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong focus on one or more programming languages such as Java (Spring Boot), C# .NET, Rust, Python, or Go.
• Experience in cloud infrastructures and deployment processes.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in frontend development (Angular, React, or Vue).
• Good communication skills and not shy to engage.
• Willingness to take responsibility as a team lead.
• Growth mindset and desire to continually improve.
• Belief that your potential is not yet fully realized.

Benefits

• Base salary: €80,000 - €95,000.
• Target salary: €110,000 - €180,000 (including revenue participation, quarterly payouts, realistically around €130,000 from the second quarter).
