Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong focus on one or more programming languages such as Python, C++, C (Embedded), Java, Rust, or Go, and be an absolute expert in them.
• 5+ years in Embedded Software Development with experience in Embedded Linux (e.g., RTOS or ROS) and Microcontrollers (e.g., Texas Instruments, ARM, STM, etc.).
• Not shy and communicative.
• Willing to take responsibility as a Team Lead for your team and clients.
• Possess a growth mindset and always want to progress in life.
• Convinced that your potential is not yet fully tapped.
