Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in Software Development/DevOps with significant experience in cloud infrastructures and deployment processes.
• Experience with at least two major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong focus on programming languages like Python, C++, C, Rust, or Go.
• Good communication skills and not shy to interact.
• Willingness to take responsibility as a Team Lead.
• Possess a growth mindset and desire to continuously improve.
• Believe that your potential is not yet fully utilized.

Benefits

• Base salary: €80,000 - €95,000.
• Target salary: €110,000 - €180,000 (revenue sharing, quarterly payouts, realistically around €130,000 from the second quarter).
