SAP HR IT Consultant - APAC and Global Integration Support - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR IT Consultant to oversee and enhance our SAP HCM operations in the APAC region. This role will serve as a critical link between HR business units and IT, ensuring that our systems and processes align with both local and global requirements.

In Short

• Oversee HR IT regional platforms, including SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
• Support HR IT Global integration and Master Data Management solutions.
• Manage SAP UX/UI implementation and develop UI applications in Fiori.
• Act as a knowledge source for HR IT technologies and architecture.
• Drive innovations and improve existing technologies.
• Provide expert level consulting to internal HR customers.
• Contribute to the development of new strategies and technologies.
• Coordinate HR IT providers and monitor their performance.
• Optimize HR-IT technical landscape and data flows.
• Open to travel up to 10% for business trips abroad.

Requirements

• Masters Degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field.
• 5 - 10 years of IT or industry experience.
• Thorough knowledge of HR IT platforms, especially SAP HCM.
• Experience with SAP ABAP programming for HCM.
• Minimum 5 years of SAP project management experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• High customer orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Intercultural sensitivity with international team experience.
• Working knowledge of HR business processes.
• Fluent in English.
