SAP HR IT Consultant - APAC - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR IT Consultant to oversee and enhance our SAP HCM operations in the APAC region. This role will serve as a critical link between HR business units and IT, ensuring that our systems and processes align with both local and global requirements.

In Short

• Oversee HR IT regional platforms including SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
• Support implementation of HR IT Master Data Management solutions.
• Act as a knowledge source for HR IT technologies and architecture.
• Provide end-to-end business process consulting to internal customers.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new strategies and technologies.
• Coordinate HR IT providers and monitor performance.
• Drive innovations and improve existing technologies.
• Open to travel up to 10%, including business trips abroad.
• Possess strong project management skills.
• Maintain high customer orientation and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Masters Degree or Bachelor in Information & Communication Technology or related field.
• 3 - 5 years of IT or industry working experience.
• Technical knowledge of HR IT platforms, especially SAP HCM.
• Project management experience with SAP.
• Excellent problem-solving and holistic thinking skills.
• Efficient troubleshooting capabilities.
• Intercultural sensitivity.
• Working knowledge of HR business processes.
• Fluent in English.
• Open to travel.
