Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Product Owner or in digital product management.
• Completed degree with an IT focus.
• Experience in software development is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM, Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps.
• IPMA or PMA certifications are a nice-to-have.
• Excellent communication skills, hands-on mentality, result orientation, and self-organization.
• Fluent in German.
• Good command of English is a plus.
