In Short

  • Preparation and follow-up of existing customers (primarily remote)
  • Customer support for existing clients
  • Hearing tests
  • Questions regarding handling of hearing aids
  • Minor repairs
  • Onboarding of audiologists outside of audibene
  • Setting up calendars & accounts
  • Willingness to collaborate virtually with nationwide audiology businesses
  • Collecting, interpreting, evaluating, and presenting key figures

Requirements

  • You have completed training or retraining in audiology and have relevant experience in customer interaction.
  • High-quality and quick hearing aid provision is already a part of your everyday life.
  • Your communication skills are at a high level to convince both demanding customers and experienced colleagues.
  • You enjoy sharing knowledge and find creative ways to keep your listeners engaged.
  • You are motivated by teamwork and feel comfortable in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
  • You are eager to sustainably change the acoustics industry through your work with digitalization.
