Recruiter - Remote

Overview

The Recruiter is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting qualified candidates for various positions across the organization. They are responsible for administering the full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews. They will collaborate with fellow team members on initiatives that improve recruitment strategies and processes.

In Short

• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS - Greenhouse).
• Build relationships with potential candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends in talent acquisition.
• Promote diversity in recruitment efforts.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Understanding of recruiting best practices and industry trends.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interview and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in driving diversity and inclusion efforts within recruitment is preferred.
