The Business Operations Associate & Event Planner is a dual-role position ensuring seamless internal operations while planning and executing impactful company events.

In Short

  • Support daily administrative functions for internal operations.
  • Assist with internal process documentation and workflow improvements.
  • Plan and execute company-wide events.
  • Manage internal tools for scheduling and communications.
  • Provide excellent internal customer service to employees and leadership.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in operations, administration, or event planning.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale events.
  • Strong skills in streamlining operations and problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong tech experience with tools like Monday.com, Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects under tight timelines.
  • Experience managing vendors and budgets preferred.
  • Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence in interpersonal interactions.
