Overview

The Messaging Strategy & Operations Analyst will ensure reliable message deliverability for SMS campaigns, managing relationships with messaging partners and collaborating with internal teams to optimize performance.

• Ensure messages reliably reach end users.
• Identify and resolve message deliverability issues.
• Build reports using Looker and Datadog.
• Communicate with messaging partners on operations.

Requirements

• Excellent data analysis skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with engineering teams.
• Ability to complete projects independently.
• Professional experience in SMS and/or Email Deliverability preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1 year of experience in data analytics.
• 1 year of experience collaborating with internal teams.
