Attentive is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide outstanding product support and resolve technical issues for our customers.

In Short

  • First-responder for Attentive’s customer base
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Deliver outstanding product support
  • Communicate with customers via email and live chat
  • Become a resident expert on the platform
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and design
  • Support clients between 9am-6pm EST
  • Located within EST/CST time zones
  • Drive higher recurring revenue through customer engagement
  • Maximize campaign performance for clients

Requirements

  • High-level professional communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues
  • Experience in customer support or related field
  • Familiarity with ecommerce industry
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using customer support tools
