Overview

The candidate will be responsible for leading data migration and integration projects through the requirements definition and solution design phases. The candidate will be responsible for the overall solution design to meet the business requirements and fulfill user stories, and for leading a team of resources through the build, test, and deployment phases for data migrations and integrations.

• Proven leadership in migration and integration projects.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing teams and projects.
• Knowledge of data management best practices.
• Experience with CRM software quality assurance.
• Ability to document and improve business processes.
