Principal Product Manager - Confluence Onboarding - Remote

Overview

In Short

• Lead the Confluence Onboarding experience for new customers.
• Define onboarding strategy for new Confluence admins.
• Understand user needs for first-time setup of Confluence.
• Collaborate with Design and Research for user experience improvements.
• Work with Marketing and Product teams for seamless onboarding.
• Define metrics and measure success of onboarding flows.
• Drive alignment across teams for a cohesive admin journey.

Requirements

• 7+ years in product management, with SaaS experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with product analytics.
• Proficiency in prototyping AI tools for onboarding testing.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Experience onboarding technical and business user personas.
• Familiarity with Atlassian products is a plus.
