• Own product initiatives end-to-end — from roadmap and discovery to delivery and adoption, with full accountability for impact.
• Work directly with users and customers to uncover pain points, validate hypotheses, and prioritize what matters most.
• Collaborate deeply across functions to deliver valuable product outcomes.
• Use structured thinking to navigate complex user and system challenges.
• Partner with engineering to scope features and make thoughtful product decisions.
• Drive cross-functional efforts, including product launches and go-to-market planning.
• Continuously learn from feedback and data, iterate fast, and communicate progress clearly.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-time product management experience.
• Proven track record of leading product or feature initiatives from inception to rollout.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience building products with complex workflows.
• Comfortable discussing system behavior, APIs, and engineering trade-offs.
• Skilled at customer discovery and translating insights into product decisions.
• Experienced in remote-first work environments.
