Requirements

• B.Arch. Graduates with minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree (M.Arch) is preferable.
• Advanced knowledge of construction sequences and building elements.
• Full understanding of RIBA Stages of Work.
• Good coordination ability across disciplines.
• Experience with project tools like REVIT and AutoCAD.
• Strong communication skills for client and contractor liaison.
• Ability to derive project strategies for future stages of work.
