• Develop concepts and sketches for the product line.

• Create tech packs and communicate vision behind fit and product design.
• Maintain sketch updates and specifications.
• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic, collaborative environment.
• Possess a strong sense of style, aesthetic, and color.
• Apply knowledge of garment construction methods to the design process.
• Present problem analysis and recommended solutions creatively.

Requirements

• Ability to juggle multiple seasons and track development deadlines.
• Thorough knowledge of silhouette, fit, and fabrication.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Adobe Illustrator and Excel.
• Creative and logical problem-solving skills.
• Experience in sustainable product design.
