Senior Quality Engineer - Supply Chain Audit - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join the Hinkley Point C (HPC) Quality team focusing on performing Supply Chain Audits. This role is based in the South West, with travel required across the UK and internationally.

In Short

• Conduct audits of the HPC Project Supply Chain both on-site and globally.
• Plan, execute, and report on audits.
• Ensure findings are effectively managed.
• Analyse audit results for management reporting.
• Develop a risk-based Supply Chain Audit program.
• Collaborate with various teams for audit planning.
• Monitor Non-Conformances for timely closure.
• Contribute to monthly dashboard reports.
• Engage stakeholders effectively in audit planning.
• Conduct unplanned audits based on risk reviews.

Requirements

• Experience of executing audit programmes.
• Lead Auditor qualification (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001: 2018, ISO 14001: 2015).
• Experience in applying ISO standards in a multi-disciplinary project environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driving license.
• Experience in a regulated environment (e.g. nuclear).
• Membership of Chartered Quality Institute or IRCA.
