Senior Account Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Account Manager cultivates and maintains AssistRx’s relationship with our Pharmaceutical manufacturing partners, working closely with pharmaceutical executives to ensure they receive maximum value from iAssist’s features and services.

• Forms strategic partnerships with clients to enhance customer experience.
• Establishes and maintains advisory roles for clients and colleagues.

• Researches high-level solutions for clients.
• Develops client relationships through regular meetings and calls.
• Works with Client Services to resolve complex support issues.
• Manages delivery of services to achieve client satisfaction.
• Determines effective problem resolution methods using internal resources.
• Acts as the primary point of contact for sales and service.
• Participates in client reviews and annual meetings as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in account management or client relations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand technical challenges and business goals.
• Proven track record in sales strategy and upselling.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
