Overview

We are seeking a Social Media & Funnels Manager to help launch and grow a new women’s midlife makeover brand focusing on hormone health, wellness, and empowerment.

In Short

• Design and build landing pages and funnels using no-code tools.
• Implement lead capture strategies and email/SMS automation.
• Manage social media content on TikTok and Facebook.
• Set up and maintain email and SMS marketing systems.
• Prepare Shopify storefront for future product launches.
• Analyze metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Translate the founder’s vision into actionable tasks.
• Maintain a clean and classy brand site.
• Support the founder in project management and communication.
• Familiarity with women’s midlife health is a plus.

Requirements

• Portfolio showcasing funnels, landing pages, and social content.
• Experience with funnel builders like GoHighLevel or similar.
• Hands-on experience with ESP/CRM tools.
• Proficiency in TikTok and Facebook content creation.
• Strong copy and design skills for effective communication.
• Ability to work in US Central Timezone.
