Overview

We are seeking a proactive Outreach & LinkedIn/Email Campaign Specialist to support business development efforts for a global pricing consultancy.

In Short

• Manage and update LinkedIn connections and outreach campaigns.
• Draft, personalize, and send outreach messages (LinkedIn + email).
• Track responses and follow-ups; maintain organized records of outreach.
• Support email outreach campaigns, including drafting and QA.
• Utilize ChatGPT or other AI tools for first drafts but refine/edit for professional tone.
• Collaborate with team to adjust messaging strategy as needed.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years in outreach, lead generation, or sales support.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn outreach tools and email campaign tools.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM (or willingness to learn quickly).
• Strong written English, with ability to refine AI-generated content.
• Independent, proactive, and able to work with minimal guidance.
