Overview

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Marketing Virtual Assistant to support an entrepreneur managing three interconnected business streams: Entertainment Shows, Studios/Workshops, and an Online Coaching App.

In Short

• Support promotion for the November 6 circus show.
• Assist with Google Ads, social media ads, and campaign tracking.
• Provide international marketing support for coaching workshops and app launch.
• Build and manage funnels, lead capture systems, and audience segmentation.
• Grow and utilize email lists for shows, studios, and app audiences.
• Draft and schedule email campaigns/newsletters.
• Contribute to pre-launch strategy for the coaching app.
• Assist in driving sign-ups and trials post-launch.
• Provide general admin assistance to ease the founder’s workload.
• Offer strategic input and marketing ideas.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing & virtual assistance.
• Strong knowledge of lead capture, funnels, and automation tools.
• Experience running/supporting Google Ads and social media ads.
• Familiarity with content-driven platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative.
• Strong communication skills; responsive and reliable.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Availability to align to Brisbane, AU hours.
