In Short

  • Handle patient intake and scheduling, including reminders and confirmations.
  • Update and maintain EHR documentation accurately.
  • Act as a liaison with insurance adjusters for authorizations and document requests.
  • Manage inbox triage and draft responses for providers.
  • Handle VOIP calls, including inbound and outbound communications.
  • Ensure quality control on data accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide light administrative support and create checklists/templates as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in healthcare administration with EHR data entry.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and adherence to confidentiality.
  • Clear and professional communication skills in English.
  • Availability during US business hours with flexibility for workload spikes.
  • Familiarity with VOIP and productivity tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to quality control.
