• Handle phone and voicemail communications via Zoom Voice.
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate physician’s calendar.
• Conduct virtual rooming and manage patient data in EMR.
• Process prior authorizations with insurers.
• Manage eFax communications through UPDOX.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and workflows.
• Provide general administrative support for practice operations.
• Work independently with strong follow-through on tasks.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
• Ensure availability during Eastern Time hours.

Requirements

• Proven healthcare/medical office support experience.
• Comfortable with EMR/EHR workflows, training provided.
• Experience with prior authorizations and virtual rooming.
• Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant communications.
• Strong patient communication skills.
• Excellent scheduling and organizational skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace.
