Overview

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who loves both marketing and design — someone who enjoys making things look good and work smoothly.

In Short

• Sending out polished, professional email campaigns.
• Keeping an existing WordPress website updated and running beautifully.
• Build, schedule, and optimize email campaigns.
• Check links, images, and formatting before every send.
• Keep subscriber lists neat and organized.
• Review reports and suggest improvements.
• Update and customize an existing WordPress template.
• Improve layout, design, and basic functionality.
• Coordinate with the founder for content updates.
• Keep simple backups and version notes when changes are made.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in email marketing tools.
• Knowledge of WordPress, basic HTML/CSS, and themes/plugins.
• Ability to handle simple design tasks in Canva.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
• Enjoy a consistent, creative role.
