• Join our marketing team as an Email Assistant.
• Build marketing emails in Klaviyo from Figma designs.
• Slice and prepare assets from Figma.
• Export and compress assets for email campaigns.
• Maintain organized template and asset libraries in Klaviyo.
• Ensure emails are responsive across all devices.
• Handle time-sensitive campaigns and promotional calendars.
• Test emails thoroughly before deployment.
• Implement tracking parameters and segmentation.

Requirements

• Work US Pacific hours.
• 2+ years experience with Klaviyo.
• 2+ years experience with Figma.
• Fluent in English.
• Your own laptop and quality internet connection.
