Overview

We’re looking for a strong, journalistic-minded copywriter who loves storytelling as much as accuracy. You’ll write and edit across multiple client brands from punchy social captions to thought-leadership blogs and polished case studies all grounded in clear, factual, well-researched writing.

• Write and edit content across formats: blogs, articles, social posts, case studies, and white papers.
• Turn leadership call transcripts or interviews into engaging, on-brand content.
• Fact-check, cite, and verify information to ensure every piece is credible and accurate.
• Adapt writing style to align with client tone, messaging, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for creative and editorial alignment.
• Use AI tools for research, drafting, and efficiency — while maintaining human quality control.
• Manage version control, editing cycles, and delivery timelines for multiple brands.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional writing and editing experience (agency, newsroom, or content marketing background ideal).
• Strong editorial judgment, with a nose for accuracy and credible sourcing.
• Excellent command of English — grammar, structure, and flow matter to you.
• Comfortable writing across multiple tones, audiences, and industries.
• Highly self-directed, organized, and deadline-driven.
• Familiarity with content tools (Google Workspace, Notion, or similar).
• Proficiency using AI tools (ChatGPT, Grammarly, Perplexity, etc.) to enhance — not replace — your creative process.
