Overview

As a Product Data Specialist at Assent, you will play a role in enabling informed product decisions by uncovering actionable insights across our platforms.

In Short

• Work with a modern data and analytics stack including SQL, Pendo, Tableau, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
• Shape and analyze key product metrics such as adoption, retention, and engagement.
• Track the performance of new feature launches and evaluate onboarding/user journeys.
• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources.
• Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers for insights and data support.
• Maintain documentation of data processes and report templates.
• Provide actionable insights with business implications.
• Support analysts in understanding user behavior and identifying trends.
• Highly adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Experience in data analysis or product analytics.
• Currently pursuing University or College Certificate in a related field.
• Familiarity with SQL and basic knowledge of data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present data clearly to a non-technical audience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Superb interpersonal skills to establish cross-functional relationships.
• Curious and driven to learn and grow.
• Knowledge of Pendo is an asset.
