Overview

As a Product Director for Treasury & Investments at Aspire, you will redefine how businesses manage their finances and execute on that vision, owning P&L and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Co-define the long term vision for treasury & investment products.
• Define strategy and roadmap for the next 5 years.
• Take full ownership of P&L and set financial targets.
• Collaborate with licensing, compliance, and engineering teams.
• Work with client-facing teams to craft GTM strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product experience in a technology-driven environment.
• 4+ years in investment products for businesses.
• Proven expertise in P&L ownership across global markets.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to present to executives.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
