GTM Recruiter - Americas - Remote

Overview

Ashby is seeking a Go To Market Recruiter with a proven track record of discovering and hiring amazing GTM talent in the tech industry. In this role, you will own the end-to-end development and execution of recruitment strategies to find exceptional talent to fill critical Customer Success, Marketing and G&A roles.

• Proven track record as an expert Go To Market Recruiter.
• Experience working across a variety of roles from at least two of G&A, Marketing or Customer Success, from within a SaaS company.
• Data-driven mindset, able to optimize your workflows.
• Demonstrated experience in creating innovative sourcing strategies.
• Unlimited PTO with four weeks recommended per year.
