Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) - Remote

In Short

• Provide counseling and therapy treatment to patients remotely.
• Work with a diverse patient population aged 6 and up.
• Utilize evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, and Trauma Therapy.
• Participate in case planning with a multidisciplinary team.
• Conduct crisis intervention as needed.
• Document all services and maintain clinic records.
• Engage patients in their treatment plans.
• Participate in ongoing education and supervision.
• Provide case management services as necessary.
• Maintain a patient-first mindset.

Requirements

• Active mental health license in Arizona.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment.
• Willingness to work primarily with pediatric patients.
• Strong communication skills for virtual meetings.
• Ability to document services in compliance with best practices.
• Experience with various therapeutic modalities.
• Proficient in crisis intervention techniques.
• Access to a quiet workspace with reliable internet.
• Good hand-eye coordination for using office equipment.
• Ability to sit for extended periods during working hours.
