In Short

• Provide counseling and therapy treatment to patients remotely.
• Work with a patient population aged 6 and up.
• Utilize evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and Trauma Therapy.
• Document patient care and ensure compliance with clinical practices.
• Conduct crisis intervention as needed.
• Participate in case planning with a Multidisciplinary Team.

Requirements

• Active mental health license in Oregon.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment.
• Willingness to work primarily with pediatric patients.
• Strong patient-first mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for virtual meetings.
• Ability to document services accurately.
• Participate in individual and group supervision.
• Maintain a quiet workspace with reliable internet.
• Prolonged sitting and manual dexterity required.
• Commitment to professional development and competency improvement.
