ASC is seeking a Territory Sales Manager- Fire Protection to cover our Southeast territory, focusing on distributors and fire protection contractors.

In Short

  • Create and own a territory business plan to map territory and set distributor growth goals.
  • Achieve sales targets tied to ASC revenue budget.
  • Develop new distributor prospects for incremental growth.
  • Drive closure of top priorities in Pipeline to achieve sales goals.
  • Build lasting relationships across ASC-ES, contractors, and industry constituents.
  • Establish expertise and influence key decision makers.
  • Collaborate with specialists to assure sales closure.
  • Champion the success of new product rollouts.
  • Communicate territory performance with leadership.
  • Utilize sales technology such as CRM and Tableau.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and self-driven.
  • Positive, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent problem solver.
  • Professional image and confidence.
  • Engaging communication skills.
  • Level-headed in conflict and under pressure.
  • Ability to create clarity through polished communication.
  • Focus on team success and partnership.
  • At least 5 years sales experience, preferably in the PVF industry.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
