Overview

ASC is seeking a Field Specialist - Fire Protection Sales to work under the direction of the Regional Sales Manager, focusing on sales to established distributors while expanding knowledge of the Fire Protection industry.

In Short

  • Excel at demand generation through expertise and solutions selling.
  • Build lasting relationships with contractors, distributors, and industry constituents.
  • Promote ASC-ES product solutions for specific end user applications.
  • Work with sales teams to ensure sales closure and achieve targets.
  • Develop new contractor and project prospects.
  • Train key decision makers to ensure buy-in for ASC-ES products.
  • Champion new product rollouts in your expertise area.
  • Integrate into local trade organizations for demand generation.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and competition.
  • Utilize sales technology such as CRM and Tableau.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
  • 5+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in Fire Protection.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%.
  • Fire Protection experience at contractor level/NICET certification.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent problem solver and team player.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Level-headed under pressure.
  • Focused on team success over individual glory.
