Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

At Artisan, we're creating AI Employees, called Artisans, and software which is sleek, easy to use, and replaces the endless stack of point solutions. We're starting with outbound sales and our AI BDR, Ava. Our platform contains every tool needed for outbound sales - B2B data, AI email sequences, deliverability optimization tools and so much more.

We're growing very rapidly (closing $xM in new ARR each month). We recently raised a $12M seed round from top investors, and are looking for superstars to join us on our rocketship growth as we relentlessly work towards building a multi-billion dollar company 🦄

In Short

• Firefighting: Diagnose novel problems across the organization and create strategies to solve them.
• Revenue Operations: Streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Product Operations: Support the product team in managing the product lifecycle.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Create Tableau dashboards for different business function teams.
• System & Process Development: Implement new systems and SOPs for operational excellence.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in a similar operations role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with Tableau, SQL, and other data analysis tools.
• Experience across a broad range of operational functions.
• Ready to work hard to execute our mission.
• Excited about Artisan.
• Happy to work in-office in Russian Hill.
