Overview

As a Seasonal Customer Experience Coordinator, you’ll be a vital part of our Customer Experience Team — a liaison between the Artifact Uprising team and our amazing community, providing exceptional customer service during the busy holiday season.

In Short

  • Manage daily email and live chat correspondence with customers.
  • Assist customers with website navigation, product questions, and more.
  • Help ensure a flawless customer experience.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic responses.
  • Raise ways to improve customer service.
  • Work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support or relevant roles.
  • Comfortable learning across multiple technology platforms.
  • Reliable and able to follow through on commitments.
  • Able to resolve issues quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and team player.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
