As a Customer Care Associate, you’re the face of Article, making every customer interaction a delightful one.

In Short

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
• Maintain knowledge of Article products to assist customers.

• Assist customers with order changes, exchanges, and returns.

• Work independently and handle customer needs.
• Full-time paid training for two weeks.
• Casual position with variable shifts based on business needs.
• Equipment provided for remote work.

Requirements

• Based in Canada and legally able to work here.
• Previous call center or contact center experience.
• Stable internet connection is required.
• Ability to complete a criminal background check.
• Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and de-escalate situations.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with multiple systems.
• Availability for training and scheduled shifts.
• Willingness to adapt and learn new things.
• Comfortable with accountability and performance goals.
