A short-term Curriculum Implementation Support Advisor to support schools/organizations in implementing nXu’s curriculum.

In Short

• 100% remote position.
• Short-Term Consultant (8-10 months) with potential for permanent hire.
• Support educators in implementing middle and high school curriculum.
• Coach and guide educators to build a positive class culture.
• Respond to formative data and student feedback.
• Experience with SEL development and equity & inclusion competencies required.
• Collaborate with team to optimize partnership support.
• Potential for modest travel to partner schools.
• Must have at least five years of instructional experience.
• Passion for helping young people explore their purpose.

Requirements

• Five years of instructional and curriculum development experience.
• Two years of experience coaching/managing teachers.
• Experience with social-emotional learning content.
• Experience with diverse student populations.
• Knowledge of cultural responsiveness and equity practices.
• Ability to motivate and inspire educators.
• Comfort in working with a remote team.
• Current authorization to work in the United States.
