Consultant – Organizational Design (Hedge Funds) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Design Consultant with deep expertise in hedge funds or alternative investments to support clients undergoing structural change, rapid growth, or organizational scaling.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in organizational design or management consulting.
• Deep knowledge of hedge funds and financial services.
• Proven experience in designing organizations during transformation.
• Strong understanding of investment and operations functions.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience with OrgVue, Workday, or similar tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
