• Seeking a Jr. Sales Recruiter to identify and attract sales talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on staffing needs.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates.
• Utilize various recruitment channels for candidate attraction.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for sales positions.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience.
• Extend offers and manage negotiations.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS.
• Perform other recruiting duties as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Proficiency in ATS like Breezy, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Creative thinker for sourcing strategies.
• Familiarity with employment laws related to recruitment.
• Experience using Slack, MS Teams, Zoom, Monday.com.
