Overview

SubroIQ is seeking an Insurance Claims Analyst to electronically review insurance policies and claims to identify balances due from policyholders, supporting the internal recovery department.

In Short

• Responsible for preparatory work before releasing files to an Examiner.
• Investigate initial files to determine details surrounding a claim.
• Retrieve relevant documents to support recovery efforts.
• Capture essential file elements from documents and databases.
• Interpret file information and assess its relevance.
• Review electronic files for recovery potential.
• Verify recovery potential by reviewing client files.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
• Review client online systems for relevant information.
