Overview

The Claims Analyst will serve as the primary point of contact for Arch’s travel insurance customers during the claim process, ensuring all necessary documentation is provided and preparing claims for adjudication.

In Short

  • Work with customers during the lifecycle of a claim as the “Voice of Arch”
  • Help customers understand the claim filing process by email
  • Creation of claim and finding/attaching the correct policy
  • Review incoming claim documentation, attach to the claim file for review
  • Manage multiple emails, faxes, incoming postal mail and online claim submissions

Requirements

  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills to facilitate effective communication with customers
  • Must enjoy and be successful in a fast-paced, high growth environment
  • Proficiency using computer and general business applications (e.g. Microsoft Office suite) is assumed
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new software
