In Short

• Responsible for daily procurement activities.
• Initial procurement interface with Armis stakeholders.
• Negotiate midsize value vendor contracts.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Assist Finance teams with invoice discrepancies.
• Schedule and lead vendor meetings.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders during the procurement process.
• Review and monitor purchase requisitions.
• Approve vendor setup requests.
• Provide procurement reporting to management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience as a Procurement Specialist/Senior Buyer.
• Excellent technical knowledge of Procure2Pay systems.
• Experience in vendor agreements/contract management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong work ethic and can-do attitude.
• Ability to analyze and report data.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability in drafting and negotiating contracts.
